Facility Rentals and Tour Requests

All facility rental requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the event and setup requests must be submitted 7 days prior to the event.

Insurance must be submitted 7 days prior to event*

Insurance Requirements: RENTER agrees that it will, at its cost, provide $1,000,000 in Comprehensive General Liability coverage combined single limit per occurrence for death, bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. The insurance must be placed with a reputable and solvent insurance company authorized to transact business in the State of Louisiana. RENTER further agrees to name the University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors for State Colleges and Universities, ULM and their officers, directors, and employees named as an additional insured on said policy and to provide proof of existence on such liability insurance to ULM immediately upon ULM’s demand for such proof. Insurance is to be placed with insurers with an A.M. Best’s rating of no less than A-VI. Insurance is required for all ULM facility rentals and must be on record with the athletic department before any activity may take place. If RENTER fails to provide such insurance, they no longer have rights to (FACILITY) for their event during the rental term stated above.
