2025 MALONE STADIUM POLICIES
Emergency Information
If a situation arises which requires evacuation of Malone Stadium, we request your cooperation and assistance to exit the facility in an orderly manner. Once an evacuation announcement has been given please proceed to the nearest stairway or exit. Outside the stadium follow the directions of the event staff and do not attempt to re-enter the stadium. In the case of an adverse weather situation please seek immediate shelter in your vehicle or the ULM Activity Center.
Prohibited Items
Food, drink containers, athletic balls, banners, signage, controlled substances, laser pointers, bottles, artificial noise makers, non-service animals, cameras with detachable lenses 6" or longer, cans, thermo-bottles, ice bags, ice chests, umbrellas, strollers, video cameras, large flags, weapons or any object deemed HAZARDOUS by stadium management. Game management personnel reserve the right to inspect patrons entering the stadium for the purpose of fan safety. All purses, backpacks or other bags must fit within the assigned seating area for each patron. Game management personnel reserve the right to inspect all bags and to prohibit oversize bags from admission to the stadium.
Prohibited Behavior
Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to: throwing of objects of any kind; demonstrating unruly behavior; attempting to enter the field of play; engaging in behavior that endangers the safety of student-athletes, coaches, officials or other guests; removing stadium turf; and/or taunting public service officials. Consequences for guests exhibiting prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to: loss of ticket buying privileges, ejection from the stadium, and/or arrest.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcohol is sold within the venue. Only those who are of age and have proper identification are permitted to purchase alcohol. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Customers are permitted to purchase no more than two beers at a time.
Beer sales will be halted at the end of the third quarter.
Aramark Food Services, law enforcement personnel, and game management officials reserve to the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone.
Playing Field
Guests may not enter the playing field at any time; before, during or after the game. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED.
Ticket Sales / Will Call / Gate Information

Tickets are sold on gameday at the following locations:
Main Ticket Office (Fant-Ewing Coliseum) - 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Satellite ticket booths - 4 p.m. to Halftime
(4 p.m. Games)
Tickets are sold on gameday at the following locations:
Main Ticket Office (Fant-Ewing Coliseum) - 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m
Satellite ticket booths - 2 p.m. to Halftime
(2 p.m. Games)
Tickets are sold on gameday at the following locations:
Main Ticket Office (Fant-Ewing Coliseum) - 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
Satellite ticket booths - 12 p.m. to Halftime
Will call is located at the Main Ticket Office during their gameday hours and then transferred to Gate Four once the satellite ticket booths open.
All gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff, while the Skybox and Suites open three hours prior to kickoff. Refer to gate directory for entrance details.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the concourses of the east side and west side of Malone Stadium.
First Aid
In the case of an emergency, contact the uniformed security officer nearest to your section. Paramedics will be available in the north end zone.
Public Announcements
Special announcements on the public address system are limited to medical and police emergencies. In addition, Malone Stadium does not display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the scoreboard.
Premium Areas
To ensure the protection of all premium areas, patrons within Tailgate Terrace, North End Zone, Talons Club, the Skybox and Suites will have wristband identifiers. These areas will have specific wristbands labeled for their areas for each home game.
Entry into these areas is strictly limited to those with the proper wristband for the corresponding section.
Access to Tailgate Terrace, North End Zone, Talons Club, Skybox and Suites is strictly limited to individuals with tickets to these specific areas.
General Admission
General admission seating in Malone Stadium is located in the West & East Upper Deck only.
Tobacco
University of Louisiana Monroe is a tobacco free campus. This includes vaping.
Game Program
ULM's GAMEDAY Program will be produced in a digital format only for the 2025 season; fans will be able to visit ulmwarhawks.com/sports/football/schedule to view each week's edition.
TAILGATING
Tailgating on ULM's campus is encouraged by all fans. Fans can purchase tailgating and RV spots in Pecan Grove or Warhawk Lot by calling the ULM Ticket Office (318) 342-HAWK (4295).
All fires and hot coals must be contained within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose and should never be left unattended. Charcoal fires should be extinguished thoroughly with water before leaving them unattended. Open fire pits are prohibited. Renters are required to abide by weather-related fire restrictions.

WARHAWK WALK
Warhawk Walk will take place each week two hours and 30 minutes prior to kickoff off of Warhawk Way in between the VIP Lot and the P-40 Lot.

What You Need to Get In and Where to Go
- All students will enter through the student entrance at Gate 8 at Malone Stadium.
- Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
- Students will need to show current Wingspan student verification at the gate to get into Malone Stadium.
- The student section is located on the east stands.
- The student section seats are first come, first served.
- Follow all the ULM Athletics social media accounts for game day information.
