SIESTA KEY, Fla. -- ULM sand volleyball's top two pairs of Zuzana Markova and Marcela Araya and Blanca Ocana and Michelle McNamee both fell in the round of 16 at the Fiesta on Siesta Key Sunday.
Markova and Araya, seeded 11th, fell to North Florida's Daqnija Medina and Kim Hildreth while Blanca Ocana and Michelle McNamee drew a seventh seed and fell to Georgia State's Jansen Button and Sara Olivova.
The Warhawks return to action as a group at the ULM Sand Volleyball Courts on April 16 against LSU. Admission to the event is free.
