Box Score PINE BLUFF, Ark. -- The ULM tennis team blanked Arkansas-Pine Bluff 6-0 in a newly-scheduled match on Friday. Monday's 3 p.m. home match against Grambling State has now been cancelled due to expected rain.
ULM is 7-0 for the first time since 1995. The Warhawks held the Lady Lions without a second point in any of the sets.
Ioana Popescu blanked her opponent for the second consecutive match while also getting the Warhawks their first point. Pauline Van Herck has also collected back-to-back wins for the first time of her career.
ULM will take a long break before hosting UAB on Friday, March 4 at noon.
