Mook Four Invitational – Women's Final Results
RUSTON, La. — The duo of Sharon Jerono and
Edith Jebet earned a pair of Top Five finishes for the ULM women's cross country team on Saturday, Sept. 15 at the Mook Four Invitational. Jerono finished second at the 4K event, completing the course in 15:51.6, while Jebet placed fourth exactly four seconds behind her teammate in 15:55.6.

Jerono, who averaged 3:57.9 per kilometer, was edged out for her first individual title by Grambling's Naomi Kiprop, who wrapped up the event in 15:37.1. The top team honor went to Northwestern State, which placed five runners in the top eight, including Isabella Hudson who was the team's top finisher in third.

Jebet, responsible for a 3:58.9 average per kilometer, finished just ahead of a pack of Northwestern State runners that included Emily Blanchard, Jasmine Dansby and Emily Heard.

N'Finity Lindley was in the next wave of ULM runners, placing 31st in a time of 19:28, ahead of teammates
Kennedy Smith (21:36.1), who took 36th, followed by Madison Trahan (27:22.4) and Namyanka Randle (27:32.7), who finished 39th and 40th, respectively.
