ULM Warhawks

MONROE, La. - The ULM men's and women's track and field teams begin the outdoor season this weekend, competing at the Louisiana Classics in Lafayette, Louisiana, Friday and Saturday.
 
Events begin with the javelin at 3 p.m. Friday, with the running events starting at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, field events start at 10 a.m. with running events getting underway at 1:30 p.m.
 
Keith Roberson, the Sun Belt Conference indoor champion on the 60-meter dash, will compete on Friday in the 200-meter dash and on Saturday in the 100.
 
Brianna Sam, who placed second in the SBC indoor championships in the weight throw, will compete on Friday in the discus and on Saturday in the hammer.
 
Eunice Ilunga Mbuyi placed second in the SBC indoor championships in the triple jump and will compete this Saturday in the triple jump and the long jump. She will compete alongside teammates Khrystyan Reddic, Nasya Ramirez, and Olaia Becerril Alvarez, who competes in the long jump.
 
The indoor 800 school-record holder, Kimone Campbell, will compete on Saturday in the 800.
 
Ali Eren Unlu, who placed third at the SBC indoor championships in the high jump, also will compete this Saturday in the high jump.
