Warhawks Compete in Sun Belt Conference Championships

FOLEY, Al. – The ULM cross country team competed in the Sun Belt Conference Championships Friday morning.
 
The men finished fourth place out of nine teams while the women finished 11th out of 13.
 
For the men, Carlo Martinez-Jaramillo was the top performer, placing 17th with a time of 25:20.00 in the men's 8k. Chase Gunn rounded out the top 20 with a time of 25:33.50. Rojs Puks and Juwan Blignaut also finished in the top 30.
 
Anna Naff led the women, placing in the top 40 with a time of 18:51.10 in the women's 5k. just missing out on the top 60 runners were Sohalia Schoen and Lilly Schuster.
 
With the regular season over, the Warhawks will next compete in the NCAA South Central Regionals in College Station, Texas on Friday, November 15.
