MONROE, La. -- The ULM tennis team (1-2) dropped its match to McNeese (7-1) on Monday (Feb. 12) afternoon at Heard Stadium in Monroe, La.

The Cowgirls swept the doubles matches when Arina Gamretkaia and Anastasija Adeikyte defeated Tamara Bachmann and Angela Del Campo Suarez 6-0 and Tiana Fox and Aina Domingo-Bernabe won 6-1 versus Raquel Alvaro and Mariam Hatem. Alice Klinteby and Giovanna Pereira were ahead of their opponents 4-3 when the match was called. McNeese won singles matches No. 2, 5 and 6 in straight sets to clinch the win at Heard Stadium.

The ULM tennis team wraps up its homestand on Saturday (Feb. 17) when the Warhawks will face Louisiana Tech at Heard Stadium beginning at 2 p.m.
