MONROE, La. – The ULM tennis team (3-10, 0-7 Sun Belt) dropped their match against Marshall (12-5, 5-2 Sun Belt) on Sunday morning (March 30) at Heard Stadium.
In doubles play, Ruby Broadbent and Naledi Manyube of App State defeated ULM duo
Mariia Iordanova and
Enna Krnjic. With a forfeited doubles match, court one was left unfinished, handing the Mountaineers their first point.
For singles, Savannah Dada-Mascoll defeated
Mariam Hatem and Taya Powell defeated
Camila Molina Barranco for the second and third points of the match. As the match on court six was forfeited, that clinched the fourth point and the win for App State.
ULM Tennis will hit the road next weekend, taking on Georgia State in Atlanta on Friday (April 4). First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m.
