2016 Outdoor: Silver medal in the 400m with a season-best time of 46.88 and earned a bronze medal as a member of the 4x400m relay team that clocked in at a season-best time of 3:12.22 at the SBC Championships – totaled 14 points for ULM at the meet, the most on the team… placed 45th in the 400m at NCAA East Regionals with a time of 47.37... sprinted for a 10.872 in the 100m and was a member of the second-place 4x200m relay team that clocked in at 1:28.31 at the McNeese Cowboy Relays… ran a leg of ULM’s second-place 4x100m relay team that scored a 40.98 at the Jim Mize Invitational… part of a championship 4x400m relay team (3:14.64) and second-place 4x100m relay team (40.95), and took eighth-place (21.694) in the 200m at the UL-Lafayette Classics… dashed for a 48.60 in the 400m at the Jace LaCoste Invite

2016 Indoor: Third-place in the 400m (47.97) and ran a 21.989 in the 200m at the SBC Championships and was a part of the fourth-place 4x400m relay team that clock in at 3:17.04… silver medal in the 400m (48.49) at the South Alabama Invite… placed eighth in the 200m with a time of 21.93 at the season-opening Texas A&M Invitational… top-five in the 400m with a time of 47.78 and scored a 22.15 in the 200m at the Samford Open

2015 Outdoor: SBC Champion in the 400m (47.13) and also earned a gold medal running the final-leg of the 4x400m relay team that finished at a season-best time of 3:09.47 at the SBC Championships… came 0.07 seconds away from breaking the school record in the 400m after winning the event at a time of 46.42 at the Leon Johnson Invitational… clocked in at 47.41 in the 400m at NCAA East Regionals and came one spot, 0.34 seconds, away from finishing top-three in his heat and advancing... champion of the 400m (47.77) at the Demon Invite… ran a personal-record 10.80 in the 100m at the McNeese Cowboy Relays… registered a personal-record of 21.50m in the 200m and finished third in the 400m (47.52) at the Carl Kight Invitational… runner-up in the 400m (47.84) and clocked in at 22.04 in the 200m at the UCA Open

2015 Indoor: Recorded the second-fastest time in school history and finished third in the 400m at a time of 47.85 at the SBC Championships – also ran the final leg of a season-best, third-place 4x400m team that clocked in at 3:17.44 - went on to win Warhawk of the Week… third-place in the 400m (48.62) at the Samford Invitational… placed fourth in the 400m (49.14) at the Texas A&M Invitational… top-10 in the 400m at a time of 49.05 at the UAB Blazer Invitational… registered a 22.68 in the 200m at the Vulcan Invite

2014 Outdoor: Qualified for the finals of the 400m at the SBC Championships with a personal-record time of 47.40 and finished fourth… ran the final leg of the season-best and second-place 4x400m relay team (3:10.58) at the SBC Championships… set a personal-record of 21.81 in the 200m at the McNeese Challenge… runner-up in the 400m (48.07) at the Leon Johnson Invitational… top-five in the 400m (49.28) at the Jim Mize Invitational… top-10 in the 200m (22.41) at the Southern Miss Invite… posted a 49.39 in the 400m at the Carl Knight Invitational… top-15 in the 400m (49.53) at the UCA Open

2014 Indoor: Recorded a season-best of 49.34 in the 400m at the SBC Championships… ran for a 49.57 time in the 400m at the Vulcan Invite… sprinted for a time of 50.67 in the 400m at the Texas A&M Invitational… clocked in at 50.97 in the 400m at the KMS Invitational

2013 Outdoor: Posted a personal-best 48.90 time in the 400m at the SBC Championships… top-5 in the 400m (49.06) at the Louisiana Classics… top-10 in the 400m (50.21) at the SFA Invitational and ran the third leg of the second-place team in the 4x400 relay… eighth in the 400m (49.03) at the Samford Invitational… top-15 in the 400m (49.05) and top-25 in the 200m with a personal-best of 22.39 at the Ole Miss Invitational

2013 Indoor: Recorded a top-15 finish in the 400m and ran the final leg of the 4x400 team that finished in 3:36.05 at the McNeese Invitational with a time of 54.70… ran the second leg of the fourth place team (3:18.08) in the 4x400 at the SBC Championships… 6.98 time in the 55m at the LSU Twilight

Prep: Attended Samuel Clemens High School…played football and track for the “Buffs”…was a two time all-district honoree…two time regional qualifier…qualified for state meet in the 400 his senior year.

Personal: Born May 14, 1994…son of Terrance Tate and Ramona Cain-Mack…has two younger sisters, Trinity and Joyous…his cousin Tyrone Carrier played football at the University of Houston…nickname is A.C.
