2016 Indoor: Ran a 2:02.12 in the 800m at the season-opening Texas A&M Invitational… posted a 2:02.71 in the 800m at the South Alabama Invite

2015 XC: Clocked in at 28:56.8 in the 8K at the SBC Championships… top-five finish at the Southern Miss Invitational with a time of 17:12.39 in the 5K in his very first collegiate meet… followed it up with a 17th-place showing of 22:47.3 in the four mile at the Mook Invitational… scored a 27:00.87 at the Chile Pepper Festival in the first 8K race of the year… closed out the regular season with a 28:12.56 in the 8K at the Crimson Classic

Prep: Lettered four years in track, three in cross country and one in soccer at Northshore HS... named Team MVP both his junior and senior years in cross country, and Team MVP his senior year in track... earned Most Improved in track on his team as a junior... biggest career highlight was when he won his first cross country race on his birthday his senior year
