2009-10: CROSS COUNTRY -- Ran in the first two races of the season ... Finished with a season-best 19th (17:44.08) place finish at the season-opening Mississippi Choctaw Open ... Placed 31st (32:53.30) at the ULM Warhawk Festival. INDOOR -- Ran a time of 9:19.50 in the 3,000-meter run at the LSU Purple Tiger Invitational ... Clocked 16:49.91 in the 5,000-meter run at the Texas Tech Indoor Invitational. OUTDOOR -- Ran a season-best time of 4:29.55 in the 1,500-meter run at the Louisiana Classics.

2008-09: Chose to redshirt and concentrate on academics.

Prep:  Competed in track & field and cross country at Plano Senior High ... District champion in 3,200-meter race ... Ran the 1,600 in 4:30 and the 3,200 in 9:48, both good for school records his junior year.
