Competed in five meets in the fall of 2022 … Took eighth place in a personal-best time of 22:28.0 in the 7K at the ULM Warhawk Invitational (Sept. 17) … Finished 31st in a personal-best time of 26:11.3 in the 8K at the Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships (Oct. 28) … Closed the season placing 126th in the 10K in 34:30.0 at the NCAA Division I South Central Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 11).
2022 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in two outdoor meets … Competed in the 3000 meter steeplechase for the first time, finishing 11th in 10:18.15 and set a new personal-best in the 1500 in 4:10.15 at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational (March 24-26) … Placed sixth in the 1500 in 4:19.44 at the Mississippi State Maroon and White Invitational (April 30).

Competed in four indoor meets … Placed 12th in the 5000 meters in 15:50.27 and 23rd in the 3000 meters in 8:59.87 in the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championship (Feb. 21-22).
2021 CROSS COUNTRY (FRESHMAN)
Competed in six meets … Opened his ULM career by finishing 11th in the 5K at the Warhawk Opener (Sept. 3) in 17:30.0 … Set a new personal-best in the four miles in 21:48.6 at the Louisiana Tech Mook 4 Invitational (Sept. 18) … Posted a new personal-best in the 8K in 27:15.9 at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (Oct. 1) … Wrapped up the season with a personal best in the 10K in 34:05.0 at the NCAA Division I South Central Regional Championship (Nov. 12).
CENTRAL ARKANSAS
Competed for Central Arkansas in the 2020-21 cross country and track & field seasons…Participated in two cross country meets, placing 18th in the Central Arkansas Cross Country Challenge 5K in 16:39.1 (Sept. 12, 2020) and 20th at the Little Rock Open 8K in 28:01.2 (Oct. 17, 2020)…Competed in two indoor track meets, placing 11th at the Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic in the 3000 meters in 9:33.40 and 14th at the KMS Open in the 5000 in 16:00.82…In the outdoor season, placed in the Top 10 in the 5000 three times, including a win and personal best at the Richard Martin Jr. Invitational at UCA in 15:41.41 (March 19, 2021)…Also set personal best in the 1500 at the Richard Martin Jr. Invitational in 4:22.92…Set personal best in the 800 at the Little Rock Invitational in 2:16.96 (April 10, 2021).
ROCKWALL HS
Competed for cross country and track teams for three seasons, earning six varsity letters before graduating from Rockwall High School in 2020…As a senior in 2019-20, improved his 5K time to 16:12 and his 3200 meters time to 10:04 before the track season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic…As a junior in 2018-19, improved his 5K time to 16:15 while cutting his time in the 800 to 2:01 and the 1600 to 4:35…Advanced to regionals and finished three spots short of qualifying for the state track meet in the 800…Won the JFND award…As a sophomore in 2017-18, set his best 5K time at 16:32, 800 at 2:04 and 1600 at 4:45…Won the first varsity race he ever competed in.
