2012 Cross Country: Won three meets over the course of his senior campaign...Posted a second place finish at the Sun Belt Championships, the highest placing ever by a Warhawwk runner...finished 25th at the South Central Regional, earning all-regional honors...was the top ULM finisher at every meet.

2012 Outdoor: Ran a career best 29:10.20 10k time to finish second at the Stanford Invite… Posted a second place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, running a personal record time of 14:26.52...All-conference performer in the steeplechase and 10,000 meters.

2012 Indoor: All-conference performer in the distance medley relay, mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters…Won both the 3,000 meter and mile runs at the LSU Twilight Invite.

2011 XC: Qualified individually for NCAA Championships, finishing 152nd... Finished fourth at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships, posting a 10,000 meter time of 30:40.40…Recorded five individual meet championships…Posted a season best 8,000 time of 24:28.10 to place third at the Sun Belt Conference Meet.

2011 Outdoor: Broke school records in the 5,000-meter run (14:29.56) and the 10,000-meter run (30:21.98) ... Earned Co-Men's Most Outstanding Track Performer at the Sun Belt Championships ... Won the Sun Belt title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:07.40) ... Finished runner-up in the 5,000 and 10,000 ... Earned All-Louisiana honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000 and 10,000 ... Also had a team-best time of 3:53.87 in the 1,500-meter run at the LSU Alumni Gold ... Ran a personal-best time of 1:58.76 in the 800-meter run at the ULM Warhawk Classic.

2010 XC: Placed seventh to earn All-conference accolades at the Sun Belt Conference Championship… Became first ever ULM men’s runner to qualify for NCAA Cross Country Championships, placing 138th… Name Louisiana Cross Country “Newcomer of the Year”.

Previous School: Ran cross country and track at Morgan State ... ... 2010 Outdoor: Placed 10th at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the 5,000 meters (15:39.26) ... Finished 28th in the 1,500 meters at the 49er classic (4:06.26). 2010 Indoor :Took 16th place in the 1-mile run at the Great Dane Classic (4:23.61) ... Ran a season-best time of 9:03.43 in the 3,000 meters at the Father Diamond Invitational
