2013 Indoor All-Conference First-Team

2015 Indoor: Third-place in the mile (4:16.55) and placed seventh in the 3000m (8:35.20) at the Samford Invitational… top-10 in the mile (4:20.51) at the Texas A&M Invitational… finished sixth in the 3000m (8:39.83) and top-10 in the mile (4:24.81) at the Vulcan Invite… took sixth in the mile at 4:26.84 at the UAB Blazer Invitational… recorded a 4:33.18 in the mile and 8:42.92 in the 3000m at the SBC Championships – also ran the final-leg of a season-best, sixth place distance medley relay time that clocked in at 10:21.20

2014 XC: ULM’s top finisher at the SBC Championships with a 27th-place showing of 26:05.5 in the 8K, a season-best… another ULM top-time in the 8K at the Crimson Classic with a score of 26:08.51… led the Warhawks with a 26:08.8 score in the 8K at the Chile Pepper Festival… placed top-15 with a time of 26:09.38 in the 8K at the Azalea City CC Classic… registered a time of 22:36 in the four mile at the season opener Tulsa Hurricane Festival

2014 Outdoor: Posted season-best scores of 1:55.32 in the 800m and 15:25.13 in the 5000m at the SBC Championships and finished sixth in the 1500m (3:55.34)… season-best time of 3:53.50 to finish eighth in the 1500m at the Rice Twilight… ran the final leg of a season-best 10:26.18 distance medley relay team at the Texas Relays and ran a 4:00.00 in the 1500m… finished eighth in the 800m (1:57.92) at the Jim Mize Invitational… top-10 in the 800m (1:59.75) at the McNeese Challenge

2014 Indoor: Champion of the 3000m (8:41.55) at the KMS Invitational… ran a season-best in the 3000m (8:37.98) at the USM Cupid Classic… finished fifth in the mile (4:16.59) and top-10 in the 5000m (15:09.50) at the SBC Championships… top-10 in the mile (4:18.21) at the Vulcan Invite… a part of a DMR team that set the fastest time for ULM in 30 years (10:05.97) at the USM Cupid Classic

2013 Outdoor: Ran the first leg of a season-best Medley Relay time of 10:30.94 at the Texas Relays… registered a 1:56.64 time in the 800m, seventh-place in the 5000m (15:09.00) and a ninth-place finish of 3:59.78 in the 1500m at the SBC Championships… top-10 in the 800m (1:55.12) at the Ole Miss Invitational… posted a 1:56.85 time in the 800m at the SFA Invitational… sixth in the 1500m (3:50.30) at the Bobcat Classic, a season-best

2013 Indoor: SBC Championship first-place finish as the first leg of the distance medley team… Posted an 8:52.45 time in the 3000m at the McNeese Invitational… finished in 11th with a time of 8:35.30 in the 3000m at the Samford Invitational… top-10 in the 3000m (8:39.82), 11th in the one mile (4:23.32) and 13th in the 5000m (15:22.67) at the SBC Championships

2012 XC: Combined with Daniel Mutai to win the season opening McNeese Relays...placed second at both the Warhawk Invitational and the Northwestern Invitational...placed 32nd at the SBC Championships, despite running with a nagging shin injury.
