2023 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in five meets … Finished eighth in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:19.95 and 21st in the 400 meters in 50.52 at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 13) … Won the 4x400-meter relay in 3:26.18 at the Warhawk Classic (April 22).
2023 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in four meets … Finished fifth in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:20.41 and 14th in the 400 meters in 51.41 at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 20-21) … Helped the 4x400 relay take third in 3:27.07 at the LSU Purple Tiger (Jan. 13).
2022 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in six outdoor meets as a true freshman … Set a personal-best time in the 200 meters at the Joe Walker Invitational (April 8-9) in 22.69 and the 400 at the Mississippi State Maroon and White Invitational (April 29-30) at 48.55 … At the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships (May 12-14), was part of the sixth-place 4x100 relay in 40.78 and the eighth-place 4x400 relay in 3:15.27 while also competing in the 400, finishing 18th in 49.30 … Helped the 4x100 relay finish third in 40.78 and third in the 4x400 in 3:19.49 at the Mississippi State Maroon and White Invitational (April 29-30) … Picked up his first collegiate win as part of the 4x100 relay in 41.00, finished third in the 4x400 relay in 3:20.40 and was third in the 400 in 48.95 at the Warhawk Classic (April 22-23) … Placed fifth in the 400 in 49.11 at the Joe Walker Invitational (April 8-9).
2022 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in three indoor meets as a true freshman … At the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 21-22), placed fifth in the 4x400 in 3:20.77 and 19th in the 400 in 50.36 … Finished third in the distance medley relay in 10:08.54 and eighth in the 400 at 49.32 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 21-22) … Made his collegiate debut, finishing ninth in the 400 at 49.32 and the 4x400 relay in 3:25.29, at the Ted Nelson Invitational (Jan. 14).
BENJAMIN FRANKLIN HS
Varsity letterwinner in track and field while competing for the Benjamin Franklin Falcons, graduating in 2021 … As a senior, ran in the 4x800 meter relay, finishing third at state with a split of 2:06, while also running the 400 meters, placing second in the district, first at regionals and fourth at state with a 50.82 before improving his time over the summer to 50.34 … As a junior, ran the 800 in 2:11 and the 400 at 50.43 before the COVID-19 pandemic forced the end of the season … As a sophomore, part of 4x400 relay that was fifth at state, running a best time of 52.8 in the 400 before improving to 51.4 in the summer … As a freshman, ran the 400 in 55.89.
CLUB
Competed with the Roadrunners for two years … In 2019, he ran a 51.4 in the 400, and in 2021, improved his time to 50.3 … Posted his best 200 time of 22.8 … Qualified for the Junior Olympics in the 400 and finished in the Top 50.
