2007-08: FALL- Had a four mile time of 26:16 at the Louisiana Tech Invitational...Also ran the 8K in 34:25...ran the 10K in 33:01.19 at the Sun Belt Championships

– had the team’s top-three times and ran his best time in the 200-meter dash at
the Sun Belt Championships with a time of 22.27 seconds ... also had a
fourth-place finish at the Purple Tiger Classic in the 200-meter dash with a
time of 22.66 seconds ... recorded the four best times for the Warhawks in the 400-meter
dash, three of which were top-five finishes ... his best came at the Arkansas
Invitational with a run of 48.03 seconds ... OUTDOOR – had the team-best mark in
the 400-meter dash with a time of 47.22 seconds, good enough for second place
at the Sun Belt Conference Championships ... ran his best time of the season in the
400-meter hurdles at the Cole/Lancon Twilight Classic, crossing in 53.71
seconds ... finished sixth in the 200-meter dash at the ULM Warhawk Classic with
a time of 21.75 seconds
2006-07: NCAA Regional Qualifier...ALL-Louisiana Honoree... FALL - Had an 8K season best of 31:36.69 at the Sun Belt Conference championship meet. INDOOR- Had second-best 400m time of 50.03 at the Sun Belt Championships...Also competed in the 200m with a season-best time of 23.22...Member of the 4x400m relay team what posted a season-best 3:18.50 at the LSU Invitational...Also a member of the Distance Medley team...OUTDOOR- Had team second-best 400m with 48.25 at the LSU Invitational...Ran the 800m in 1:58.50...Led the squad in the 400m hurdles with 52.85 at the ULM Invitational...Member of the NCAA Regional Qualifying 4x400m team that ran a 3:09.17 at the ULM Invitational... Also a member of the 4x100m and 4x200m relay teams
2005-06: INDOOR - Recorded a team-best 48.94 in the 400 at Texas Tech...Second in the 800m with a time of 1:58.49 at LSU...Member of 4x400m and distance medley relay teams...OUTDOOR - Recorded second-best times on the team in 100m, 200m, 400m, and 800m...Ran a 100m time of 11.08 and 200 time of 21.75 at Southern Miss, 400m time of 47.29 at the Indian Classic (second-fastest in the SLC behind Kendrick Shepherd), 800m time of 1:54.65 at Jim Mize Louisiana Tech Twilight...Member of top 4x200m, 4x400m, and sprint medley relay teams
