2026 INDOOR (SENIOR)

  • Had three podium finishes, each as part of the 4x400 meter relay team

  • Earned a 3:14.78 in the 4x400m Relay to place second at the UAB Green and Gold Invite (Feb. 6) 
  • Grabbed another second-place finish in the 4x400m Relay with a 3:12.48 at the Vanderbilt Music City Classic (Feb. 13-14) 
2025 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR) 
  • Competed in seven meets 
  • Helped the 4x400m relay team to a silver medal and 3:09.67 time at the Sun Belt Outoor Championships (May 8-10) 
  • Named to the Sun Belt Men's Outdoor Track & Field All-Conference Second Team
  • Recorded a personal best time of 47.54 in the 400m at the Bobcat Invitational (Mar. 27-29)

2023 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)

Washington Lions in New Orleans, graduating in 2022 … As a junior, was part of the LHSAA Class 3A state championship 4x400-meter relay and set a personal best time of 48.76 in the 400 meters … As a freshman, set personal bests of 22.87 in the 200, 53.98 in the 400 and 20-3 1/4 in the long jump … Also played football.
