2008-09 (Junior): CROSS COUNTRY – Ran in all five meets ULM competed in ... placed
16th at the ULM Warhawk Invitational 8K event with a time of 28:02.09 ... finished
in 11th place at the NSU Invitational four-mile event with a time of 23:02.53 ...
recorded a 23rd place finish with a time of 27:42.96 at the Watson Ford
Invitational 8K event ... ran his best meet at the Mississippi Choctaw Open
with a sixth-place finish with a 21:10.12 at the 8K event ... placed 47th at
the Sun Belt Championships with a time of 28:08.64. INDOOR – Ran the 1,000-meter
run in 2:52.80 at the Texas Tech Classic … ran the 5,000-meter run in 16:00.60
at the Sun Belt Championships. OUTDOOR – Ran the 1,500-meter run in 4:16.66 at
the Dogwood Invitational … ran the 10,000-meter run in 33:37.08 at the Sun Belt
Championships.
2007-08 (Sophomore): CROSS COUNTRY – Ran his season-best at the Louisiana Tech
Invitational in 22:07, which was good enough for 11th place. INDOOR – Crossed
in at 16:35.32 in the 5,000-meter run at the Texas Tech Invitational, which was
his season-best ... ran the team's second-best time in the 3,000-meter run at
the Sun Belt Championships with a time of 9:37.60. OUTDOOR – Finished fifth
with a time of 9:25.02 in the 3,000-meter run at the UNT Invitational ... recorded
a team-best time of 36:46.55 in the 10,000-meter run at the Sun Belt
Championships ... ran the 5,000-meter run in 16:47.90 at the ULM Warhawk
Classic.
2006-07 (Freshman): INDOOR – Had second-best team time in the 1,600-meter run (5:09.43)
and the 3,000-meter run (10:04.44). OUTDOOR – Ran the second-best on the team
in the 5,000-meter run (16:40.33) at the Mississippi Open.
Prep: Four-time all-district team in cross country, picking up
all-state honors as a senior ... two-time all-state on indoor 4x800 relay team,
including the state championship in 2006 ... all-district and all-region in 3,200-meter
run ... was part of the 2006 West Monroe State track championship team.
