Set ULM’s all-time career wins record with 74 victories after adding 15 more in her second senior season … Fifteen victories tied for best on the team with Rylin Adams, whom she paired with early in the season … Paired with Audrey Brooks for a court one win over Southern Miss’ Breleigh Favre and Aleksandra Kudzik, 2-1 (21-13, 19-21, 15-8), in ULM’s 3-2 win over USM for the program’s first-ever postseason win at the Conference USA Championship (4/29/22) … Won three consecutive matches to close the regular season, pairing with Brooks to defeat Mercer’s Olivia Boeve and Lexi Polychrones, 2-0 (21-13, 21-13), UAB’s Rachel Tam and Adriana Pereira, 2-1 (16-21, 21-14, 15-12) and North Alabama’s Natalie Kordt and Jelena Girod, 2-0 (21-13, 21-14) at the Blazer Beach Bash (4/15-4/16/22) … Won two matches at the Southern Miss Beach Invitational, pairing with Rylin Adams for a 2-0 (22-20, 21-16) win over USM’s Taylor Pierce and Olivia Hepworth on court three and a 2-1 (18-21, 23-21, 15-12) win over Spring Hill’s Jessica Fairley and Kassandra Fairley (4/8-4/9/22) … Won all four matches in her final home tournament, pairing with Adams to defeat Mary Hardin-Baylor’s Gracie Nichols and Ella Brunson on court four, 2-0 (21-12, 21-12), Central Arkansas’ Payton Sproule and Kayla Cook on court four, 2-1 (16-21, 22-20, 21-19), New Orleans’ Taylore Louviere and Hailey Melerine on court four, 2-0 (21-6, 21-16), and Southeastern’s Jackie McGee and Hannah Brewer on court three, 2-0 (21-10, 21-15), at the ULM Beach Invitational (4/1-4/2/22) … Won two matches with Adams on the first day of the Fight in the Fort (3/18/22), defeating New Orleans’ Trinity Jackson and Alexa Spartz on court three, 2-1 (14-21, 21-12, 15-13), and Stephen F. 2021 (SENIOR-1)
Kayla Gallant and Abbie Elder served as both the No. 2 and No. 3 seeds for ULM during the course of the 2021 season ... they snagged the second-most wins of any ULM pair, 20, behind only Julia Blazek and Audrey Brooks … nine of those wins came as the No. 3 seed for the Warhawks and 16 victories came in two sets for Gallant and Elder … the first of their nine wins as a No. 3 seed came on Feb. 26 when they took down the Houston Baptist combination of Megan Patillo and Natalie Bennett by scores of 21-11, 21-15 ... they followed that with a 22-20, 21-16 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi the following afternoon … still as the No. 3 seed they opened March with three-set victories over Brooke Borgemeyer and Allison Weimer of Spring Hill and Macy Berg and Tenley Houser from Texas A&M-Kingsville ... they picked up their first of three CCSA victories on the season by posting a 21-18, 22-20 win over Missouri State’s Parker McAllen and Kylee Davis on March 11th … on March 12th they added three wins to their credit, all as the No. 3 seeds, in two-set fashion at the ULM Beach Invitational … their first victory as a No. 2 seed came on March 13, when the duo earned two set wins over New Orleans, Central Arkansas and Southeastern Louisiana in succession ... they closed out March with a pair of second-seeded victories against Texas A&M-Kingsville and Ottawa, both in two sets … April began with CCSA victories against Dylynn Otte and Emma Andraka (UAB) and Valeria S. Papakyria and Haley Hop (Southern Miss) … the win over UAB, on April 2, was the only of the match for the Warhawks .. the triumph over Southern Miss came in three sets by scores of 17-21, 21-18, 15-8 … they added three more wins in April as the No. 2 seed—including two versus Spring Hill and one against Central Arkansas … the final win of the regular season as a No. 3 seed came against Kelsie Sager and Makenna Schmitt of Central Arkansas on April 10th … notched the lone point of the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Beach Volleyball Tournament clash with Southern Mississippi, defeating the Golden Eagles’ tandem of Hallie Phelan and Haley Hop by scores of 21-23, 21-17 and 15-10.
2020 (JUNIOR)
Overcame a four-match losing skid to open the campaign by teaming with Gabby Love to defeat Sydney Schoen/Katelynn Caserma-Kloeble (Eastern Kentucky) by scores of 21-8, 21-9 on February 28th … followed with a 21-8, 21-17 victory against Kylie Lockhart/Emily Gauthreaux (Nicholls State), also alongside Love … paired with Grace Convey on March 6th against Kylie Lockhart/Jackie Alanis (Nicholls State), and came away with a 21-14, 21-8 win … wrapped up her final win of the slate (17-21, 21-16, 15-12) with Convey as her partner as the duo defeated Piper Matsumoto/Madison Lawler (Southern Miss.) by scores of 17-21, 21-16, 15-12.
2019 (SOPHOMORE)
Capped off a solid sophomore season with 21 victories, including 12 alongside teammate Tamara Merseli … played alongside Merseli from February 22-March 29, snagging her first win of the season (21-9, 21-9) by defeating Mackenzie Rombach/Hailey Hughes (Jacksonville State) on February 22nd … wrapped up Feb. 22 with a 21-5, 21-5 win over Amy Tyrna/Lesie DeVuyst (Huntingdon) … won the first of four matches over Joey Benson/Carly Beddingfield (New Mexico) by 21-9, 21-8 scores … claimed a 21-8, 21-7 win over Rachel Luebbers/Mallory Moran (Missouri Baptist) … posted a 21-19, 21-19 win versus Ryann Thomison/Ciara Reistad (San Jose State) on March 2nd … earned fourth straight win (18-21, 21-15, 15-12) by defeating Macy Berg/Haley Hutchinson (Texas A&M-Kingsville) … posted a 22-20, 21-19 win over Emma Coudon/Lael Ceriani (Texas A&M-Corpus Christi) … came through with a 21-14, 21-10 win against Issabella Martell/Oriana Montaya (Arizona Christian) … downed Joey Benson/Carly Beddingfield (New Mexico) by a score of 21-17, 21-18 on March 15th … put together consecutive wins on March 22nd by downing Emily Venable/Meghan Wozniak (Nicholls State) by 21-7, 21-13 scores and added a 22-20, 19-21, 15-7 victory over Haley Richardson/Macy Berg (Texas A&M-Kingsville) … picked up final win alongside Merseli on March 23rd by downing Emily Venable/Katie Jones (Nicholls State) by a 21-11, 21-13 score … paired with Gabby Love for the first time on March 29th and the pair won the first of seven straight by defeating Victoria Corcoran/Ally Carr (New Orleans) 21-10, 17-21, 15-12 … defeated Marybeth Sandercox/Brittney Roberts (Abilene Christian) by scores of 21-9, 21-12 … ran winning streak to three by defeating Lauren Huggins/Kylie Bryan (Houston Baptist) by scores of 21-12, 21-16 … claimed a 21-15, 21-23, 15-10 win over Jessica Martinez/Elleson Dunagin (Central Arkansas) on April 5th … defeated the duo of Victoria Corcoran/Ally Carr (New Orleans) for a sixth straight win by scores of 17-21, 21-19, 17-15 … extended streak to seven straight by defeating Sarah Senft/Brittany Bilotti (Spring Hill) by scores of 23-21, 19-21, 15-8 … closed out the season with two wins alongside Love … first of those wins (21-11, 21-15) came over Katie Jones/Jennifer Olivarez (Nicholls State) … earned a 24-22, 21-16 over Toni Rodriguez/Megan Davenport (LSU) in the season finale on April 13th.
2018 (FRESHMAN)
Made her collegiate debut as the No. 2 seed on February 24th by teaming with Grace Convey in a clash with Anabela Sataric/Dorina Klinger (Florida International), who emerged victorious 21-7, 21-9 … claimed the first win of her career, while teaming with Maile Sellers, emerging with a 21-15, 15-21, 15-13 win over Madison Barbham/Macy Berg (Texas A&M-Kingsville) on February 25th … continued to team with Sellers as they won three straight matches on March 3rd … the first of those wins came over Veronica Corcoran/Victoria Corcoran (New Orleans) by a score of 21-16, 21-16 … picked up a 20-22, 21-18, 18-16 victory over Jenna Panning/Haley Turner (Austin Peay) … completed the sweep on March 3rd by defeating Sadie Anderson/Hannah Kirk (Jacksonville State) by scores of 21-13, 21-19 … the pairing of Sellers and Gallant continued solid play in March by winning five straight matches between March 16-24 … first of the wins (21-14, 21-19) came over Jessica Martinez/Stephanie Pollnow (Central Arkansas) … won a three-set match (21-18, 16-21, 15-12) over Lan Nguyen/Tarin Mergener (Tulane) … ran the streak to three by downing Hannah Kirk/Kaylie Milton (Jacksonville State) 21-17, 20-22, 15-10 … won a 23-21, 23-21 match against Jessica Johnson/Ellie Gibson (Mercer) … capped off the five-match streak with a 29-27, 21-10 win over Brittany Pase/Callie Workman (North Florida) … claimed three wins in April while playing alongside Sellers … first of those wins (17-21, 21-13, 15-10) came against Brooke Moore/Claire Darland (Austin Peay) … grabbed a 21-15, 21-17 victory over Brooke Moore/Claire Darland (Austin Peay) on April 14th … ended the season with a win over Aly Brinkley/Jessica Martinez (Central Arkansas) by scores of 24-26, 21-19, 15-13.
