Charlie A. Wardlaw, MS, LAT, ATC, CFSC, DN-2, BFR 2 is a board-certified athletic trainer with over a decade of experience in high school and collegiate athletics, sports medicine, performing arts and performance training. He has provided comprehensive care to athletes at Tyler Junior College, Centenary College, Bossier Parish Community College, Haughton High School, North Desoto High School, Junction City High School, Sylvan Hills High School and the Arkansas Ballet.
Wardlaw specializes in injury prevention, rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols, working closely with physicians, coaches and athletes to optimize performance and recovery. His background also includes strength and conditioning program design, classroom instruction in sports medicine and coordination of athletic training operations, as well as emergency medicine.
He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness from Liberty University and maintains multiple advanced certifications, including Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Wardlaw is passionate about improving athlete health outcomes through education, evidence-based practice, and performance-focused care.
Charlie currently resides in Monroe with his wife, Alexa, and their daughter. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, being outdoors, attending Warhawk athletic events and spending time with his family.Â
