Olivia Schmidt joined the women's golf staff as the newest assistant coach on August 7, 2025.
Schmidt arrives in Monroe after competing with Arkansas State from 2018-23. Her first three seasons at Arkansas State coincided with Pollock’s time as assistant coach for the Red Wolves.
While in Jonesboro, Schmidt claimed Sun Belt Player of the Year in 2022, was a 2022 regional qualifier and was named All-Sun Belt three times. She holds seven Arkansas State school records and contributed to eight single season records while with the Red Wolves. The Edmond, Okla., native also picked up four individual wins and registered 46 rounds of par or better.
Since completing her time at Arkansas State, Schmidt competes on the Epson, WAPT, Ladies European Tour and LET Access Experience.
