Hannah Linzay Joins Women?s Soccer Program

Soccer
MONROE, La. – ULM women's soccer head coach Stacy Lamb announced today that goalkeeper Hannah Linzay has joined the Warhawks program. Linzay, a native of Cheneyville, La., transferred to ULM after playing her freshman season at LSU.

“We are excited about the addition of Hannah to our program,” said Lamb. “Hannah has great size and instincts in the net. She is a fearless competitor and her addition makes goalkeeper the deepest position on our roster heading into the upcoming season.

Linzay appeared in two games as a freshman at LSU. She made her collegiate debut with a start at Kentucky and also saw time against Florida. Linzay did not allow a goal in her two games played.

Coming out of high school, Linzay was considered the top goalkeeping recruit in the State of Louisiana. A two-year captain at Bolton High School, Linzay was a three-time all-district honoree and also earned all-Cenla and all-state honors during her senior season. Linzay was a three-year member of the Louisiana Olympic Development Program and played club soccer with the Baton Rouge Soccer Club.
