FRISCO, Texas -- The Southland Conference announced the 1980s All-Decade Women's Basketball Team on Tuesday and ULM placed five Warhawks on the team including Player of the Decade, Eun Jung Lee (Eun Jung Ok) and Coach of the Year, Linda Harper.
Lisa Ingram, Derunzia "Jab" Johnson, Chana Perry and Veronica Ridgell round out the ULM portion of the team. The 80s were an incredible time for basketball in Northeast Louisiana, and ULM made the Final Four in 1984-85 before falling to eventual national champion, Old Dominion, finishing with a 30-2 record and a No. 2 final Associated Press ranking.
Harper finished with a record of 212-121 in her 12 seasons (1978-1990) at ULM and earned Southland Coach of the Year honors in 1983 and 1985. Harper led the Warhawks to four 20-win seasons including one 30-win season.

Coach Ok is second in program history with 2,208 points and first in assists with 978, 8.4 per game, for her career. She also holds the record for assists in a game at 17 against LSU on Jan. 18, 1984. She started all 117 games and finished her career averaging 18.9 points per game.
Ingram (1982-86) is the program's all-time leading scorer with 2,601 points and rebounder with 1,173 boards. For her career she averaged 23.0 points and 10.4 rebounds per game. She was an All-American in 1986 and a four-time First Team All-Southland selection.
Perry (1984-85) played just one season at ULM but she made an impact. She averaged 18.3 points and 12.5 rebounds per game. Perry was named Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year in 1985.
Ridgell (1986-1989) is seventh in program history with 1,353 points and fourth in assists with 423, 5.2 per game. She was an All-Southland First Team selection in 1988 and a Second Team selection in 1989.
Johnson (1987-90) is fourth in program history with 1,542 points and second in rebounds with 1,006, and holds the average record at 12.3 rebounds per game. She was a three-time All-Southland selection.
