Wake Forest won the opening coin toss and deferred to the second half.
The win was the first win over an ACC school for ULM… The Warhawks are now 1-2 against the ACC all-time (0-1, at Clemson; 0-1, at Florida State).
ULM completed four of its five third-downs on the opening drive… Warhawks were 1-1 on fourth-down on their first drive of the game… For the game, ULM was 15-of-28 (54%) on third-down and 2-of-3 on fourth down (67%).
ULM ran a school-record 104 plays in Saturday's win… The previous record was 103 plays in the 34-31 win over then-No. 8 Arkansas (Sept. 8, 2012).
The defense tallied eight tackles for loss and four sacks.

Kolton Browning became the program's all-time leader in career completions Saturday… Browning's pass to Hamm in the second quarter was career completion number 796… He passed Steven Jyles who totaled 795 career completions from 2002-05… Later in the quarter, Browning went over the 800 career completion mark… Browning finished the day with 827 career completions after completing a career-high 43 passes and throwing a career-high 68 passes.
For the second straight week, Kolton Browning tallied three touchdown passes (Harley Scioneaux, Kenzee Jackson, Tavarese Maye).
Jyruss Edwards led the Warhawks in rushing with 61 yards.
Tavarese Maye and Rashon Ceaser combined for 21 receptions and 162 yards.
Cortney Davis returned three kickoffs for 63 yards, including a long of 31.
Isaiah Newsome led the ULM defense with seven tackles including one for a loss.
Joey Gautney led the Warhawks with two sacks and also forced a fumble.
