ULM won the opening coin toss and elected to receive the opening kickoff.
ULM totaled 571 yards of total offense, marking the first game of 500 or more yards of total offense since 518 total yards against North Texas (Nov. 17, 2012).
The Warhawks tallied 367 rushing yards on Saturday night… It marked the first time since the 2007 season that ULM tallied 350 or more rushing yards (360 yards, Middle Tennessee, Nov. 3, 2007).
The ULM defense totaled eight tackles for loss in the game, including two tackles for loss.

Cortney Davis' kickoff return for a TD to start the game was the first kick returned for a score since Luther Ambrose accomplished the feat against FIU on Nov. 19, 2011.
Kolton Browning found Harley Scioneaux for an 18-yard TD reception with 5:39 in the first quarter was the first offensive score of the season for the Warhawks… It was also Browning's 61st career TD pass; fourth career TD reception for Scioneaux.
Jyruss Edwards' first-quarter TD rush was his 22nd career TD rush, placing him in a tie for third in program history (Greg Robinson, 22, 1991-92).
Kolton Browning recorded his second TD pass of the game, a 16-yard TD pass to Je'Ron Hamm with 14:53 remaining in the second quarter… It was Hamm's first TD of the season and ninth career TD grab.
Kolton Browning hit Kenzee Jackson for an 11-yard TD pass with 1:09 remaining in the second quarter… The TD reception was the first of Jackson's Warhawk career.
Jyruss Edwards' 61-yard rush in the third quarter was the second-longest run of his career (67, at Florida Atlantic, Dec. 3, 2011)… Edwards finished with 123 rushing yards (on eight carries) for his third career 100-plus rushing yard performance.
DeVontae McNeal's 34-yard TD rush with 8:04 remaining in the 3rd quarter was the first of the season and third of his career.
Alec Osborne recorded his first career reception in the third quarter with a four-yard reception from Brayle Brown.
Justin Manton recorded his first FG of the season (first attempt) with a 31-yard FG with 13:36 remaining in the contest… He connected on his second FG of the game, a 38-yarder with 9:25 to play… It was the first-time since his freshman season that he connected on two FGs (Arkansas State, Oct. 8, 2011).
Tevyn Cagins recorded his first career forced fumble in the fourth quarter… Malcolm Edmond recovered the fumble, the first of his career.
For the second straight week, Cameron Blakes led the Warhawk defense as the senior totaled seven tackles in the home opener.
