· LSU Captains: CB Dwayne Thomas, OT La'el Collins, OT Jerald Hawkins, S Jamal Adams.
· ULM won the opening coin toss and deferred to the second half.
· The Warhawks held LSU to just one field goal in the opening quarter… It ended LSU's streak of five-straight games of scoring at least one touchdown in the first 15 minutes… Before tonight, LSU last was held without a touchdown in the first quarter at Alabama (Nov. 9, 2013).
· Attendance: 101,194 (Second largest crowd that ULM has ever played a game in front of… Highest: 107,327 (at Tennessee, Sept. 23, 2000).
· Mitch Lane recorded his second interception of the season and fifth of his career with 42 seconds to play in the second quarter… The interception extended ULM's streak of at least one turnover forced to 29 straight games… Streak is second longest active streak in the nation.
· Mitch Lane led the Warhawks in tackles with 14… He had four solo stops and assisted on 10 others.
· Justin Manton punted 10 times for 402 yards (40.2 yards per punt average)… Manton had a long of 56 and three inside the 20.
