MONROE, La. – After splitting a doubleheader matchup with Central Arkansas and Arkansas Pine Bluff in Conway, Ark., the Warhawks (12-3) travel west to Las Vegas, Nev., for the Alex Park Resort Classic.
On Friday, Feb. 27, ULM will take on Idaho State at 11:15 a.m. and New Mexico State at 3:45 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, the Warhawks take on a second doubleheader slate with Wisconsin at 1:30 p.m. and tournament host UNLV at 6 p.m.
The tournament finale is scheduled for Sunday, March 1 as ULM battles Idaho State at 11:15 a.m.

Scouting the Opponents
Idaho State sits with a 6-8 record after taking a 12-0 victory over Santa Clara on Sunday, Feb. 22.
The Aggies of New Mexico State have started the season 8-7 after dropping a 7-11 decision to #19 Arizona State last Sunday.
Wisconsin moved to 5-6 overall after suffering a 2-3 loss to UAB on Sunday, Feb. 15.
Tournament host UNLV has a 7-7 record in 2015, picking up 18-10 win over UC Santa Barbara and a 3-0 win over Cal Poly on Sunday, Feb. 22.
Series History
Friday marks the first time in program history that the Warhawks have taken on Idaho State.
ULM will face New Mexico State for the seventh time in the program's history. The Aggies lead the series 2-4 after picking up a 3-6 win in 2011.
The Warhawks will face Wisconsin for only the third time and are looking for their first win over the Badgers. Wisconsin leads the series 0-2 after taking a 0-2 shutout victory in 2005.
ULM and the Rebels of UNLV are meeting for the third time as the series remains tied at 1-1. ULM took home a 1-0 victory in the last meeting back in 2003.
Leading Off
- The Warhawks head out west to compete in the Alex Park Resot Classic, taking on Idaho State, New Mexico State, Wiscon and tournament host UNLV.
- This weekend's matchups with Idaho State are the first in the two program's histories.
- ULM has swiped 52 bases in 15 games this season, leading the conference. Five Warhawks are in the top six in conference in stolen bases.
- Eight different Warhawks have hit home runs this season (Barre, Cacioppo, Navarrete, Bohack, Garcia, Roberts, Miller and Coy).
- Junior Faith Bohack is fresh off a seven RBI week as she now leads the team with 17 runs batted in this year which ties her at third in the conference.
- The freshmen class made a big splash this past week combining for 10 hits, eight RBI and seven runs scored.
- Head Coach Corey Lyon picked up his 100th NCAA victory on Friday as the Warhawks defeated Delaware 7-5.
Game Rewind
The Warhawk offense posted 13 runs as ULM (12-3) spilt Saturday's doubleheader at Farris Field.
After being shutout in game one, The Warhawks answered back with a run-rule victory over Arkansas Pine Bluff. Freshman Cheyanne Lyon led the charge with three hits and three RBI between the two games. Junior Faith Bohack was close behind with two hits and three RBI.
Freshmen Megan Long and Carlie Comeaux made big impacts in the second game with three RBI between them.
Senior Jessica Colliver pick up her third win dealing five innings of one-run softball and striking out six batters.
