How It Happened
·         Georgia scored a pair of touchdowns in the opening quarter and took a 14-0 lead as Nick Chubb (rushing) and Jeb Blazevich (receiving) found the endzone.
·         In the second quarter, the Bulldogs tallied three total touchdowns (two rushing, one receiving) to extend the lead to 35-0.
·         The Warhawks broke through with their first score of the contest, a 22-yard pass from Garrett Smith to Rashon Ceaser with 20 seconds to play until intermission. Ceaser caught four passes and Smith finished 6-for-7 on the drive for 70 yards.
·         ULM opened the second half with a seven-play, 74-yard drive that resulted in the second TD pass of the game from Smith to Ceaser. Smith finished the drive 4-for-4 for 67 yards.
·         With 8:35 to play in the third quarter, lightning was detected in the area, causing a delay of one hour and one minute.
·         Georgia tallied nine points in the third quarter on a safety and a touchdown pass. The home team concluded the scoring in Saturday's game with a fourth quarter touchdown.
·         After the second lightning delay of the game, the game was called with 9:54 to play in the game. The game being called was an agreement between both head coaches and both athletics directors.

The senior went on to finish with 153 receiving yards on a career-best 13 grabs. He tied a career-high with two touchdown receptions.
·         Garrett Smith finished 23-of-29 for 206 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He also rushed for 26 yards.
·         Michael Johnson led the Warhawk defense with eight total tackles (three solo).
·         Ben Banogu finished with four tackles (three solo) in his first collegiate game.

·         The Warhawks will open the home portion of their 2015 slate as next Saturday (September 12) they welcome Nicholls State to JPS Field at Malone Stadium. Game time on ESPN3 is set for 6 p.m.
