QUOTABLES
Head Coach Keyton Wheelock
Recap Last Weekend: We were really organized with lots of communication and lots of energy as a team on Friday but we didn't see that same energy and organization on Sunday and it hurt us. You have got to stay organized against every opponent no matter what system or style that you are playing and we failed to do that on Sunday. We got to work this week and came up with a new plan and we have started to implement that new plan. We have to prepare and move forward one game at a time. Those games are done and we have to move forward.
Coastal Preview: Coastal is a very good team they have gotten some really big wins this season and they are sitting towards the top of our conference for a reason. We have to really stay organized and be clinical in front of net but we have got to stick to the plan that we put together and if we do that we can hopefully get a result. They have a good backline in front of their goalkeeper and she has pulled off some big saves. You aren't going to get a ton of chances and you have to convert on your chances when they are in front of you.

How you feel your season has gone so far: Personally I have improved as a player this season because coach and coaching staff have pushed us to really get fitter and stronger and to get better as a team as a whole
Team Success this season: You can see as we get games under our belt and get mature we understand the game better. What makes us better is once a weekend is over we move on to the next one and how we can get wins and get points out of that weekend.
UP NEXT
