Monroe, La. – The ULM volleyball team will return to Sun Belt Conference play on Saturday night as the team travels to play against rival UL-Lafayette on the road.
NOTEABLES
-ULM enters the match with an even 2-2 Sun Belt Conference record and is coming off of a non-conference win over La. Tech on Tuesday night.
-UL-Lafayette also enters the match with an even 2-2 Sun Belt Conference record and is coming off of a non-conference win over Southeastern Louisiana earlier this week.
-The two teams have played each other since 1983. The Ragin' Cajuns lead the series 34-19. The last Warhawks win in the series against UL-Lafayette was in 2015 in Lafayette.

About the match: Anytime we play UL-Lafayette it's a battle. I feel like we are evenly matched again his year so it will be very important for us to keep our energy level up and positive the whole match. We have had a good week of practice and I feel like we are ready. The Cajuns present some challenges for us but I think we have counter measures ready. It should be fun, it usually is.
UP NEXT
The Warhawks will return home after playing the Ragin' Cajuns to face Little Rock for the second time this season on Oct. 14 inside Fant-Ewing Coliseum.
