Monroe, La. – The ULM volleyball team will open up its home schedule on Tuesday night against Southern Miss at 6:00 p.m.
NOTABLES
-ULM enters its home season off of a tough, winless week on the road. Despite the losses the players continued to work hard as two (Mikaela Worley and Tara Jenkins) marked new career-highs. ULM is 13-21 in home openers since 1982.
-Southern Miss comes to Monroe with an 8-3 overall record. The Eagles were previously at the Crimson Tide Invitational where the team went 2-1 on the weekend. Southern Miss holds a 1-2 record on the road.
-The two teams have played each other 17 times since 1984. Southern Miss leads the way by just one win (8-9). Southern Miss also leads the way by one win (4-5) on the Warhawks home court.

UP NEXT
The Warhawks will be back on the road after their home opener in Jacksonville, Ala. at the Jacksonville State Tournament where the team will play Nicholls State, Evansville, Kennesaw State and Jacksonville State.
