MONROE, La. - The ULM women's basketball team fell to UTA 83-47 in the final home Thursday game of the season in Sun Belt Conference play inside Fant-Ewing Coliseum.
TURNING POINT
-The Warhawks were down early after the Mavericks created a 19-point difference in the first quarter that ULM was unable to come back from.
NOTABLES
-Alexis Collins was the only Warhawk to reach double digits with 10 points, filling out her stat line with seven assists, two rebounds and one steal.
-The Warhawks were plagued by turnovers, giving up 23 turnovers, which led to 34 UTA points compared to the Warhawks' 15 points off of turnovers.
-UTA had three players in double figures. Rebekah VanDijk led the Mavericks and finished a double-double with 10 rebounds (seven defensive) and a game-high 24 points.
