MONROE, La. – The rivalry between the Warhawks and Ragin Cajuns' will be ignited once again this weekend, when the ULM volleyball team faces in-state Sun Belt Conference foe ULL in a home-and-home weekend beginning on Friday (Nov. 2) at Earl K. Long Gym in Lafayette and finishing with a Sunday afternoon match in Fant-Ewing Coliseum.
Sunday's match with the Ragin Cajuns' starts a season-ending stretch in which the Warhawks play their final three matches at home in Fant-Ewing Coliseum, capped off by meetings next weekend with Little Rock and Arkansas State.
The Warhawks (10-16, 2-10) are headed into the weekend winning three of their last five, including a mid-week non-conference sweep of Jackson State on Tuesday (Oct. 30).

Catherine Griffith is leading ULM with 2.32 kills per set behind a .281 hitting percentage. Griffith is one of two Warhawks hitting over .200, joined by junior
Mikaela Worley. Worley missed a handful of matches to start the season due to injury but has bounced back with several matches with multiple kills, digs, and blocks.
Speaking of blocks, ULM is currently third in the Sun Belt in blocks, averaging 2.34 blocks per set. While the Ragin' Cajuns sit at sixth in blocks, the Warhawks also outrank the Ragin' Cajuns in service aces and opponent hitting percentage.
For ULL, libero Sydney Davis owns 100 career matches of double-digit digs and presently ranks 13th among active Division I players in career digs with 1,927.
On the offense, Hali Wisnoskie, a sophomore outside hitter from Columbus, Texas, currently leads the Ragin' Cajuns with 285 kills (2.91 per set). ULL has two others with 200+ kills, senior Hanna Rovira and junior Dree'Ana Abram. All three Ragin' Cajuns are expected to start this weekend.
The Warhawks have lost the past five matchups with the Ragin Cajuns, winning just one of seven sets in 2017.
