ULM Football Broadcast Team Set for 2018

MONROE, La. – ULM fans can tune into the Warhawk Radio Network, from Learfield, this fall to hear all 12 ULM football games as well as the 12 HawkTalk Football weekly radio shows.
 
Starting with the season opener Aug. 30 against Southeastern Louisiana, all 12 Warhawk football games can be heard on 100,000-watt KJLO 104.1FM (Monroe), worldwide at http://k-104.com/ or by downloading the iHeartRadio app and searching for KJLO 104.1FM.
 
After calling ULM football road games for the past three seasons, Nick White takes over the football play-by-play duties full time, replacing ULM Hall of Famer Frank Hoffmann, who retired this past season after 42 years broadcasting Warhawk football. This will be White's ninth year overall with the Warhawk Radio Network. Mike McGee enters his first season as color analyst, replacing Scott McDonald, who joined ULM as Chief Administrative Officer on July 16.  ULM Hall of Famer Tag Rome returns for his 15th season as ULM's sideline analyst, while Cory Crowe returns for his 19th season as the on-site broadcast engineer. The Warhawk Radio Network team will host a one-hour pregame show prior to kickoff and a 30-minute postgame show.
 
New this season will be the ULM Tailgate Show, presented by Bud Light, live from the Duck Commander – The Tour Studio in the Grove. For the SLU, Troy, & Texas State games the show will air one hour prior to the network pregame show, and for the Georgia Southern & UL Lafayette games, it will air after the network postgame coverage ends. Mike Hammett begins his first season with the Warhawk Radio Network, hosting both the Tailgate show as well as the network halftime show.
 
Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar in West Monroe will host HawkTalk with Matt Viator each Wednesday, beginning at noon. Nick White hosts the one-hour radio show. The dates for HawkTalk are Aug. 29, Sept. 5, Sept. 12, Sept. 19, Sept. 26, Oct. 3, Oct. 10, Oct. 17, Oct. 31, Nov. 7, Nov. 14 and Nov. 21.
 
All 12 shows will air live on SportsTalk 97.7 FM (KNBB Radio in Ruston/Monroe), worldwide at www.sportstalk977.com or by downloading the 977sports app.
