Bradford Voted LSWA Women's Basketball Player of the Week Second Time This Season

MONROE, La. -- Senior guard Daisha Bradford of ULM women's basketball was selected as the Louisiana Sports Writers Association Women's Basketball Player of the Week on Tuesday (Dec. 19). Bradford was voted LSWA Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this season after earning the recognition on Dec. 4.

Bradford notched a game-high point total in both of ULM's contests this week. The senior guard from Mobile, Ala., recorded her second double-double of the season in the Warhawks' win over Northwestern State on Dec. 12. Bradford poured in 23 points to go along with a season-high 15 boards in the win while adding four assists, three blocks and a pair of steals. In Sunday's game at Alabama, Bradford finished with 24 points and was one rebound shy of a double-double versus the Crimson Tide. She chipped in three steals and one assist in her performance.

Bradford and the Warhawks will wrap up a two-game road trip on Thursday (Dec. 21) afternoon at Cal.
