MONTREAL -- Former ULM all-conference wide receiver
Tyrone Howell has signed with the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League, the organization announced this week.
Over the course of his two-year career in Monroe, Howell played in 24 games and snatched 99 receptions for 1,442 yards and 13 receiving touchdowns. He averaged 14.6 yards per catch and 60.1 yards per game while wearing a Warhawk uniform. He registered a trio of multi-touchdown games, including three touchdowns at South Alabama in 2022 and three touchdowns versus App State in 2023. Howell was ULM's leading receiver in 2022 with 852 yards and repeated again in 2023 with 590 yards.
