Monroe, La. — The ULM football team introduced their 2026 early signing class on Wednesday (Dec. 3), welcoming 20 new members of the Warhawk Football family. 
  
ULM's signees represent seven different states, including Louisiana (1), Mississippi (10), Alabama (3), Arkansas (1), Texas (3), Iowa (1) and Kansas (1). The signees include 15 junior college transfers and five high school prospects. Of the signees, 10 are on the offensive side of the ball and 10 are on the defensive side.

Before ULM: Spent one seasons at Co-Lin CC, seeing action in 10 games at wide receiver … Tallied 28 receptions for 360 yards and two touchdowns in 2025 … Part of a receiving core that saw Co-Lin go 8-2 overall and 5-1 in conference play.
 
Jonathan Crain

Before ULM: Spent two seasons at Co-Lin CC … Totaled 43 tackles, 1.0 TFL, three interceptions and 10 pass breakups … Notched an interception at Jones College this season. 
 
Freddie Gavin Jr.

Before ULM: Saw action in seven games in 2025 at East Central CC … Appeared in all three wins for ECCC … Went 10-2 in his final season at Heidelberg HS.

Before ULM: Spent two seasons at Hinds CC, seeing action in eight games … Totaled 32 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, a sack, an interception and five pass breakups … Posted eight tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss against Co-Lin.
 
 Micah Hampton

Before ULM: Named All-MACCC First Team … Spent two seasons at Hinds CC, seeing action in 10 games … Totaled 15 tackles, one tackle for loss, a sack, two fumble recoveries and a blocked kick … Also returned a punt 15 yards this season.
 
Gavin Howard

Before ULM: Spent four years on varsity at Holmes County HS, seeing action at wide receiver, running back and on the defense … Totaled 68 carries for 586 rushing yards and eight touchdowns at running back … Claimed 137 receptions for 2,688 yards and 29 touchdowns at wide receiver … Totaled 77 tackles, four tackles for loss, eight interceptions, 15 pass breakups and three fumble recoveries on the defense.
 
Dalen Huston

Before ULM: Spent two seasons at Iowa Central CC as a wide receiver, appearing in 18 games … Collected 32 receptions for 554 yards, scoring five touchdowns … Posted five receptions for 62 yards against Coffeyville CC last season.
 
DJ Jester 
DB / Hazlehurst, Miss. / Hutchinson CC 
Before ULM: Spent two seasons at Hutchinson CC, clinching the 2025 KJCCC Championship … Named 2024 All-MACCC Honorable Mention … Tallied 84 tackles, a sack, 2.5 TFL, a forced fumble, three interceptions–for 111 yards–and five pass breakups across 20 games … Collected six tackles, a sack and an interception for a touchdown at Iowa Central CC.
 
Christian Johnson

Before ULM: Spent two seasons at Hutchinson CC at quarterback, seeing action in 21 games … Completed 193 of 323 passes for a completion rate of 59.8% and 27 touchdowns … Tallied five touchdowns and no interceptions in the season opener against New Mexico Military Institute …  Named KJCCC Offensive Player of the Week on September 9 … Led the team to a KJCCC Championship.
 
Jayden Lewis

Before ULM: Saw time over four years at Neville HS … Helped lead Neville to a 9-3 record and a playoff run in his senior season.
 
Keidric Osunde-Brown

Before ULM: Spent three seasons on varsity at Bowie HS … Tallied 108 receptions for 1,577 yards and 19 touchdowns across 27 games … Also returned two punts his senior year and five carries for 21 yards.
 
Jackson Parker

Before ULM: Spent a season at Northeast Mississippi CC, appearing in seven games … Recorded 38 tackles, three sacks, 5.5 tackles for loss, four pass breakups and two blocked punts … Blocked two punts against East Central CC, earning Defensive Player of the Week honors.
 
LT Robinson

Before ULM: Spent two seasons at Hutchinson CC, appearing in 21 games and averaging 1.9 receptions per game … Logged 39 receptions for 570 yards and two touchdowns, both coming this season on the way to a KJCCC title.
 
Jaiden Tucker

Before ULM: Spent all four years seeing action on varsity at Holmes County Central HS at defensive back and wide receiver … As a receiver, posted 104 receptions for 1,832 yards and 22 touchdowns … On the defense, collected 39 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss and two interceptions … Also seen time as a return specialist, returning 11 kickoffs for 284 yards and eight punts for 135 yards.
 
Mike Williams

Before ULM: Spent two seasons at Co-Lin CC at defensive back, appearing in 12 games … Totaled 21 tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss and two pass breakups … Also saw time at receiver, collecting three receptions for 25 yards in 2024.
