The Basics
The ULM track and field team will return to Houston on Friday, Feb. 14, for the Howie Ryan Invitational.
 
Oscar Prieto, Algirdas Strelciunas, Stafon Roach, and Savanna Lawson will compete in the Don Kirby Elite at New Mexico from Friday, Feb. 14 through Saturday, Feb. 15. Juwan Blignaut will travel to Boston on Feb. 14 for the David Hemery Valentine Meet for the mile.

The Howie Ryan Invitational starts with the high jump and weight throw at 11:00 a.m. along with the shot put at the same time. Pole vault continues the field events at 1 p.m. and the long and triple jump begin at 1:30 p.m. to conclude.
 
For the running events, the mile run starts at 1:30 p.m. At 3 and 3:15 p.m., the women and men compete in the 400m. After the 600y run starting at 3:30 p.m., the 60m hurdles and 60m finals begin at 3:40 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. With the 800m starting at 4:05 p.m., the 200m will occur at 4:25 p.m. The day ends with the 3000m at 4:50 p.m. and the 4x400 relay at 4:35 p.m.
 
In the Don Kirby Elite, the Pole Vault starts at 2 p.m. MT/3 p.m. CT on Friday. On Saturday, the women's 60m hurdles begin at 9:30 a.m. MT/10:30 a.m. CT before the men's 60m hurdles at 10 a.m. MT/11 a.m. CT. The triple jump starts at the same time at the men's 60m hurdles, and the long jump occurs at 3 p.m. MT/4 p.m. CT that afternoon. In Boston, the mile run begins at 2:20 p.m. ET/1:20 p.m. CT.
