Four Warhawks scored in double figures, led by
Sakyia White. White dropped 17 points and a whopping 20 rebounds in the game to pick up her fourth double-double of the season.
Katlyn Manuel picked up her third-straight game in double-digits, scoring 12 and picking up three boards, as well as a block.

Brikayla Gray both grabbed 10 points apiece, with Valentine hitting two threes and picking up four assists. Gray had three rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Manuel opened the scoring for both teams, getting ULM to an early lead. With four triples dropping for the Herd and ULM going 0-4 from beyond the arc, Marshall picked up a six-point lead early. White fought to lead the Warhawk defensive efforts, picking up multi defensive rebounds and fighting through traffic to score on the opposite end. Valentine got hot in the second quarter with a jumper to chip at the Marshall lead. Defensive stops for ULM closed the gap, with Valentine tying the game with the first triple of the game for the Warhawks. This got ULM going on a 7-0 run to stay with the Herd. A four-minute scoring drought for Marshall gave ULM the chance for the lead, but both teams were hit by the drought to put a hold on field goals, Marshall ultimately taking the lead at the half, 32-30.
Marshall opened the second half with a 7-0 run to pick up the lead, but back-to-back threes by Valentine and
Jakayla Johnson chipped at the Herd's lead. A fourth team triple by
Meloney Thames brought the margin to two, before a scoring drought hit the Warhawks. Marshall also struggled offensively, as each team had 10 turnovers in the third. Gray found the lead and brought forth momentum for a 6-0 run to close the third quarter. Marshall and ULM traded scoring runs to open the fourth, with turnovers giving ULM an opportunity to clinch it. After White banked a layup, Valentine picked up the steal and shot. A steal on the other end gave the Herd the lead, and while both teams traded the one-point lead, a 13-2 scoring run for Marshall closed out the final two minutes, making it a 73-65 win.
The women's basketball team will remain on the road for the final game of the regular season. The Warhawks will go up against James Madison in Harrisonburg, Va. on Friday (Feb. 28). Tip-off against the Dukes is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.
