BATON ROUGE, La. – ULM track and field completed the second half of a slate in Baton Rouge at the LSU Bayou Bengal on Friday.

The Warhawks won three events in the meet, with
Stafon Roach winning the triple jump, Joshua Gill taking the gold in the men's 3000m, and
Tuva Sandberg placing first in the women's 3000m. It marks the second week in a row with three gold medals from an indoor meet coming back to Monroe.

In total, ULM posted 17 podium finishes, with ten for the men and seven for the women. Along with Gill and Sandberg, both 3000m events were Warhawk sweeps in the top three, with
Chase Gunn and
River Richard for the men, alongside
Anna Naff and
Rebekka Flotho for the women, getting second and third place.
Gionni Wiltz grabbed two slivers in both the long and high jump events. In the men's weight throw,
Benedikt Schweizer and Francisco Calhau both placed second and third, and Demarko Lawler collected bronze in the men's triple jump.

Maya Nobes produced a second-place finish in the 800m event while
Cora Burger finished third in the triple jump.
Sydney Lake started the day with a podium finish in the women's weight throw. Both 4x400m relay teams also finished top three, with the men getting third and the women getting second.

The Warhawks take a week off before continuing their indoor season in Birmingham for the UAB Green and Gold Invite.
