FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Gionni Wiltz continued his stellar start to the 2026 season with a first-place finish in the men's high jump at the Wooo Pig Classic on Saturday.
 
The freshman from Slidell, La. starts his ULM career with three straight meets with placements on the podium. His 2.15m result is also a personal best.
 
Alongside him in the top three marks were Stafon Roach and Alyssa Dyett in the men's and women's triple jump. Roach captured second place with a result of 15.48m, and Dyett placed third with a 12.29m distance. Overall, along with the UAB Green and Gold Invite, the Warhawks produced seven total podiums on the weekend.
 
ULM returns to action for the indoor regular season finale next weekend with the Vanderbilt Music City Challenge in Nashville from Friday, Feb. 13, through Saturday, Feb. 14.
