Stafon Roach and
Matthew Malcolm led the way for ULM track and field in the final day of the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships in Mobile on Saturday.

Roach jumped for a career-best 16.23m in the triple, winning the event and giving ULM its first gold. Malcolm followed that up with a personal-best 50.48 time in the 400m Hurdles event, providing the Warhawks with a second event win.

Other podium finishes for ULM included
Gionni Wiltz in the high jump for the men and
Raquel Gomes in the discus throw for the women. The men's 4x400m team of
Imani Coleman,
Thibault Buchard, Malcolm, and
Mario Santin also received third place.

The Warhawks will prep for the NCAA East Prelims in Lexington, Ky. from May 27-30
