WOLCOTT, Colo. – The ULM women's golf team is headed east, competing in the Golfweek Red Sky Classic, held at Red Sky Ranch and Golf Club in Wolcott, Colorado. The 54-hole event is held over three days, hosted by Golfweek.

The ULM women's golf team competed in the Leadership & Golf Invitational, hosted by Seattle University. The team finished 15th out of 17 competitors, with a total score of 913 (305-300-308). Tessa Ion led the team, landing 45th on the leaderboard with a score of 76-73-77 (226). Isabel Mas Pitarch followed just behind at a 228, first-year Alice Mårtensson also scoring a 228 across three rounds. Mas Pitarch recorded the second-best score on par-3s with a one-under average, tying Ion for the team lead with seven birdies on the course. Charlotte Bouquet recorded a 231 to round out the Warhawks. 
 
Up Next
The ULM women's golf team will open the month of October in Missisissippi, competing in the Ally. The Warhawks will tee off in the Mississippi State-hosted event on October 5.
