Biography

2009 (Junior): Appeared in 17 games for the Warhawks...made one start on the season and pitched a masterpiece as the Warhawks faced elimination in the Sun Belt Tournament against regular season co-champion Western Kentucky - allowed just two runs on six hits over 7.1 innings of work (122 pitches) to lead the Warhawks to a 4-2 victory and a berth in the SBC Tournament Championship Game...finished the year 4-2 with a 3.46 ERA (lowest among all returning players in 2010)...opponents hit a paltry .230 off Brown as he allowed just 31 hits over 39.0 innings of work...threw one inning against Louisiana-Lafayette in the second game of the series for his only save of the season...was key in clutch situations for the Warhawks - with runners on base opponents hit just .155 (11-of-71) and with two outs opponents hit just .103 (4-of-39)...picked up victories in games against Texas-Arlington, Northwestern State, Houston Baptist and Western Kentucky

Hill College: Went 3-3 with a 3.13 ERA his sophomore campaign for the ­Rebels and posted a 6-5 mark with a 4.78 ERA as a freshman...pitched Hill to a victory over Grayson in the 2007 Regional
