2010 (RS-Junior):
Became ULM's everyday center fielder after Matt Laird was lost for the season due to an injury at LSU on March 9...started 43 games and appeared in 49 games in his first season with the Warhawks...finished fifth on the team with 11 extra-base hits for the year...blasted six doubles, a triple and four home runs...had a hit in seven of his first nine starts...was fourth on the team with 11 multi-hit games...excelled with runners in scoring position batting .333...had a season-high three hits against Grambling State, UALR and UL-Lafayette...drove in a season-high four runs and scored four times in the game against Grambling...homered against Grambling (twice), Binghamton and Florida Atlantic...hit safely in 28 of his 43 starts...started a ninth-inning rally in game two at Middle Tennessee with a two-out hit - the Warhawks scored four runs in the ninth inning to win 8-5...finished the season with five outfield assists

2008 (Sophomore; LSU)

Made 12 relief appearances, posting a 6.75 ERA with no decisions...threw 6.2 innings on the season finishing with
three ­strikeouts...didn’t allow a run in eight straight ­appearances (­SE Louisiana - Tulane)

2007 (Freshman; LSU)
Made 11 relief appearances, posting a 5.93 ERA with no decisions...worked 13.2 innings, allowing 10 runs (nine earned) on 10 hits with nine walks and 17 strikeouts...opponents batted just .192 against him...superb relief outing at third-ranked Arkansas, limiting the Hogs to one run on two hits in three innings with three walks and three strikeouts; Ardoin entered the game in the sixth with LSU  holding a 3-2 lead and he left in the ninth inning of the Tigers’ 5-3 victory...another impressive relief outing at New Orleans (April 18), allowing just one unearned run on one hit in five IP with no BB and seven Ks


Prep:
Tremendous four-sport athlete at Sacred Heart High School...a three-time all-state and all-district selection as a pitcher and center fielder...named an all-district MVP as a sophomore in 2004 and was named an all-parish MVP as a senior in 2006...posted an 8-1 record with a 0.83 ERA in 59 innings pitched as a senior...struck out 114 and walked 25 in 2006...two-way player who batted .424 as a senior with nine doubles, a triple, a homer and 21 RBI...recorded a 9-1 record to go with a 1.41 ERA in 54.2 innings pitched with 92 strikeouts as a junior...member of a team that won the district championship every year of his career...also lettered in football and track...academic all-state recipient
