ULM Warhawks

Junior (2010):
Played in 48 games and started 47 during his first season with the Warhawks...started 46 games behind the plate and one at first base...also made four appearances on the mound...moved into the role as ULM's full time catcher prior to spring practice...came on strong after a slow start to the season; 17 of his 33 hits came over his final 15 games of the season...jumpstarted his season with a 5-for-6 performance in a doubleheader at Western Kentucky; had just four hits all season in the 19 previous games...led the team with nine sacrifice bunts and was third with four sacrifice flies...only struck out 17 times in 152 at-bats...hit home runs against Stephen F. Austin and Florida Atlantic...drove in three runs against Arkansas State and Binghamton...posted a 2.70 ERA over 6.2 innings pitched; struck out nine and held opponents to a .208 batting average

Bossier Parish CC:
Led Bossier Parish Community College in wins, strikeouts and innings pitched as a sophomore...finished the season with a 5-0 record and a 2.54 ERA over 46 innings pitched...opponents hit just .200 off Hammond while he struck out 54 batters and walked just 24...also delivered at the plate batting .412 with 13 doubles, two home runs, 39 RBIs and a .467 on-base percentage..earned all-conference honors as a sophomore...also earned academic all-america honors

Prep:
Three-time all-district selection and two-time all-city selection at Parkway High School...also earned academic all-state honors...also lettered in football, basketball and tennis for the Panthers
