Made 17 appearances and 14 starts... Posted a 2-5 record and logged 70.2 innings on the hill with 59 punchouts... Started season with three consecutive quality starts... Allowed two or fewer runs in 10 appearances (seven starts)... Scattered four hits and one unearned run in six innings of work in finale of Grand Canyon series... Allowed two earned runs in six innings on the hill against No. 24 Ole Miss... Struck out six and allowed three runs and two hits in six innings in finale against Southeastern Louisiana... Earned win after tossing five scoreless frames and struck out a career-high eight batters in series finale against UALR... Recorded fourth quality start of season after allowing two earned runs on two hits with five strikeouts in series finale at UT Arlington... Limited Western Kentucky to one run on three hits in five innings of work in series finale... Threw 125 pitches and earned complete-game win over Hilltoppers in Sun Belt Conference tournament... 2012 (Freshman)
Made 11 appearances on the mound, including nine starts as a freshman... Finished season with a 1-3 record... Made first collegiate start (and debut) with four-inning performance at Texas-San Antonio... Earned the win in the predetermined short start against the Roadrunners... Relief appearances came against South Alabama and at Southern Miss... Recorded season-high in innings pitched (4.1) in back-to-back outings at Northwestern State and at McNeese State.

Prep
Three-year member of the varsity squad at Glenbrook North High School... Named all-conference, all-area and all-state after leading the Spartans to the 2011 sectional championship... Compiled a 9-1 record with a 1.72 ERA, striking out 92 batters in only 62 innings pitched as a senior... Participated in the CSL Senior All-Star Game.
