Ticket Sales / Will Call / Gate Information
Tickets may be purchased in advance by visiting the
ULM Baseball Single Game Tickets Page or calling 318-342-HAWK (4295), or on game day at the Baseball Ticket Booth at the southwest corner of the stadium.
The Baseball Ticket Booth and will-call windows open 2 hours before first pitch and close at the middle of the fifth inning.
All gates open 2 hours prior to first pitch.
Emergency Information
If a situation arises which requires evacuation of the stadium, we request your cooperation and assistance to exit the facility in an orderly manner. Once an evacuation announcement has been given please proceed to the nearest stairway or exit. Outside the stadium follow the directions of the event staff and do not attempt to re-enter the stadium. In the case of an adverse weather situation please seek immediate shelter in your vehicle.
Prohibited Items
Food and drink containers (with the exception of 3
rd baseline ticket holders, Pavilion reservations, and birthday parties), athletic balls, banners, signage, controlled substances, laser pointers, bottles, artificial noise makers, cameras with detachable lenses 6" or longer, cans, thermo-bottles, ice bags, ice chests, umbrellas, strollers, video cameras, large flags, weapons or any object deemed HAZARDOUS by stadium management. Game management personnel reserve the right to inspect patrons entering the stadium for the purpose of fan safety. All purses, backpacks or other bags must fit within the assigned seating area for each patron. Game management personnel reserve the right to inspect all bags and to prohibit oversize bags from admission to the stadium.
Prohibited Behavior
Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to, throwing of objects of any kind; demonstrating unruly behavior; attempting to enter the field of play; engaging in behavior that endangers the safety of student-athletes, coaches, officials or other guests; removing stadium turf; and/or taunting public service officials. Consequences for guests exhibiting prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to, loss of ticket buying privileges, ejection from the stadium, and/or arrest.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcohol is sold within the venue. Only those who are of age and have proper identification are permitted to purchase alcohol. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Customers are permitted to purchase no more than two beers at a time.
Beer sales will be halted
at the top of the seventh inning.
Aramark Food Services, law enforcement personnel, and game management officials reserve to the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone.
Playing Field
Guests may not enter the playing field at any time; before, during or after the game. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the main concourse.

Public Announcements
Special announcements on the public address system are limited to medical and police emergencies. ULM Baseball does not display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the scoreboard.
Premium Areas
To ensure the protection of all premium areas, entry into 3
rd baseline and the Charles R. McDonald Stadium Club areas is strictly limited to those with the proper ticket for the corresponding section.
Tobacco
University of Louisiana Monroe is a tobacco-free campus. This includes vaping.
Game Program
ULM's GAMEDAY Program will be produced in a digital format only for the 2025 season; fans will be able to visit the
ULM Baseball Schedule to view each edition.
RV HOOKUPS
Located south of the Baseball stadium, RV Hookups are available for purchase for $60 per night. Spots are 30’x40’ and have water and 20, 30, & 50 amp hookups. There is no sewage disposal on campus. Fees are non-refundable.
3rd BASELINE
In-stadium tailgating is available on the 3
rd baseline for $200 per game. Patrons can start tailgating 2 hours prior to first-pitch, once the stadium gates open. Spots include 6 GA game tickets, picnic table and grill, shared covered party space, storage box and two (2) single-game preferred parking passes valid the day of the reservation. Fees are non-refundable.
PAVILION
In-stadium tailgating is available on the 1
st baseline for $300 per game. Patrons can start tailgating 2 hours prior to first-pitch, once the stadium gates open. Rental includes: 12 GA game tickets, use of the Pavilion and BBQ Pit area, two (2) single-game Dugout Club parking passes valid the day of the reservation, and a PA announcement to welcome the group. Additional tickets may be purchased through the ULM Ticket Office. Fees are non-refundable.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday Party packages are available for purchase for $300. Gates open 2 hours prior to first-pitch. The package includes: 12 GA game tickets, two (2) picnic tables, two (2) single-game Dugout Club parking passes valid the day of the event, use of the on-site playground, PA announcement for the honoree, joining the team on the field for the national anthem, an autographed keepsake, and access to the field after the game to run the bases a few times. Additional tickets may be purchased through the ULM Ticket Office. Fees are non-refundable.

PARKING
All parking near the Baseball stadium is free and on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons may park on the lot to the west of the stadium, between Brown Stadium and Lou St. Amant Field, or on the Ace Lot lot located along the 1st baseline. No parking is permitted in the designated RV Grove area behind Malone Stadium. ADA designated spots are available near the main gate and the 3rd baseline gate.
STUDENTS
What You Need to Get In and Where to Go
ULM students receive free admission to all home baseball games by presenting a current campus ID at the main gate on the southwest corner of the stadium. Gates open 2 hours before first pitch. Students may sit in either of the GA sections or the 1st baseline fan area. Follow all the ULM Athletics social media accounts for game day information.
