Appeared in 22 games and made five starts... Finished season with a 2-3 record and a 4.20 ERA with 33 strikeouts in 45.0 innings of work... Made Warhawk debut in relief with 1.1 scoreless innings against Wake Forest... First win came in first career start at Memphis... Logged 6.1 innings of work against the Tigers, allowing just one run on five hits in the 5-3 win... Matched season-high with 6.1 innings against Northwestern State... Earned a no-decision against the Demons, despite recording second straight quality start... Final three starts of the season came in league play (at UL-Lafayette, Troy; at UALR)... Earned win in relief against No. 25 Florida Atlantic after surrending just two hits and zero runs in 3.2 innings of relief... Allowed just two earned runs (three total) over final eight appearances of the season (14.2 innings).

Navarro College
Played two seasons of baseball at Navarro College... Bulldogs claimed the 2011 Junior College Division I National Championship as well as 2011 Conference and Regional championships... Entered in regional tournament and struck out San Jacinto's cleanup hitter with two outs and runners on first and third.

Prep
Was a three-year letterwinner at Round Rock High School in Round Rock, Texas... Highlight of his career was striking out three batters with nine straight strikes as he threw just nine pitches in the inning.
